For ever branch nationwide, M+RE charges a small “recruiting, marketing, and coaching fee”; M+RE takes these profits (after expenses) and divides the national profits in half and re-distributes the profits back to the real estate company owners through “recruiting share” for helping grow M+RE by referring in other real estate company owners. Recruiting share is paid monthly.
